Dusono is an automatic dubbing service that allows users to upload video or audio files and generate dubbed versions in desired languages using AI-powered tools. We integrate third-party models including, but not limited to, ElevenLabs, Fish by Open Audio, OpenRouter (for translation via models like Google Gemini 2.5 Flash), Replicate.com, and Google AI Studio (for Google Gemini TTS). All processes run on cloud infrastructure.

Plans and Pricing:

• Lite: $10 USD per month – Includes base credits (approximately 10,000 credits; 1 USD ≈ 1,000 credits). Additional credits available at standard rates.
• Pro: $40 USD per month – Includes more credits and discounted additional credit purchases.
• MAX: $500 USD per month – Includes highest credit allocation and deepest discounts on additional credits.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly (with a discount for yearly billing). Credits are consumed based on dubbing usage (e.g., duration, complexity). Exact credit consumption rates are displayed in your account dashboard and subject to change with notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not barred by law.
• Accounts are created via our third-party provider, Clerk. You provide your first name, last name, email, and create/use a password (handled securely by Clerk; we do not store passwords). Google sign-up may add a profile picture.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@dusono.com of unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

• Uploads ("Inputs"): You retain full ownership of Inputs and Outputs. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your Inputs solely to provide the Service (e.g., for dubbing and improvement of AI models, unless opted out).
• Your Warranties: You represent that you own or have rights to Inputs and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for any copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material in Inputs. Dusono is not liable for infringement claims.
• Outputs: No restrictions on commercial use, redistribution, or modification. No watermarks are added.

Storage (subject to change):

Projects auto-delete after inactivity. You may delete anytime via dashboard. Back up your data.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content (e.g., promoting violence, child exploitation).
• Upload adult/NSFW content.
• Create deepfakes or content intended for misinformation, fraud, or impersonation without consent.
• Violate laws, spam, harass, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Exceed rate limits or use bots for bulk processing.

We may monitor for compliance and remove violating content without notice.

• The Service relies on providers like ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Replicate.com, Google AI Studio, Fish, and others. You must comply with their terms of service.
• We are not responsible for third-party changes, shutdowns, rate limits, or quality. Service may pause if a provider fails.
• Payments and auth via Stripe and Clerk: See their terms.

• Processed via Stripe. All prices in USD, excluding taxes (you pay applicable VAT/GST).
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly/yearly until canceled. Cancel anytime via dashboard (access until period end).
• No trials. No refunds or credits for partial months, unused credits (non-transferable/expiring), or early cancellations.
• Disputes: Contact Stripe first, then us.
